1. General booking conditions
a) Check-in is from 2 pm to 8 pm and check-out is from 8 am to 11 am. The stay of the guest in the apartment after the expiration of the check-out will result in the charge of a new daily rate. The closing of the daily rates takes place upon delivery of the room key.
b) We cannot guarantee the continuity of accommodation, in addition to that provided by the guest during the reservation, if there is another reservation made for the period or specific apartment.
c) The reservation is only confirmed upon advance deposit of at least 50% of the package value.
d) Reservations guaranteed with advance payment on arrival will be held for 12 hours, after the established time for guest entry to the apartment.
e) If the guest cannot arrive at the scheduled time, please inform us by telephone.
f When making the reservation, the guest assumes to be aware of the rules of the condominium and accommodation.
2. Policy
a) SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the rooms, bathrooms and in areas common to guests, according to STATE LAW No. 13,541, OF MAY 07, 2009. Only use external areas and designated areas.
b) From 22:00 onwards, SILENCE is paramount for guests' peace of mind, this is very important for group interaction. Disobeying this rule may cause the stay to be canceled as a way to preserve the well-being of other guests and the condominium.
c) Guests are responsible for the conservation of the rooms. Repair of any damage caused by guests will be charged.
d) The lessor is not responsible for objects or money forgotten or left on the premises.
e) We reserve the right to charge adjustments in advance, during check-in.
f) Non-attendance without prior notice on the expected date of arrival will be considered “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation), the vacancy will be available for 12 hours, from the time of entry.
g) We do not accept third-party checks or post-dated checks.
h) The objects, furniture, linen and utensils owned by the apartment are entrusted to the guests to provide them with comfort and well-being. Any damage, destruction or shortage will be charged to the responsible guest.
i) Please turn off the lights, television, turn off the faucet and the door when you leave the room.
j) It is strictly forbidden to store bicycles, motorcycles or any inappropriate object inside the rooms.
2-1. Cancellation policy for advance payment reservations
a) In case of early departure of the contracted daily rates, there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance.
b) Cancellation request:
b.1) With more than 30 days in advance of entry into the accommodation (check-in), refund of 100% of the amount paid, after this period there is no refund and no right to credit.
b.2) With less than 24 hours or no show** (no show on the day of arrival), non-refundable and not entitled to credit.
**No show is a withdrawal without cancellation, that is, when the guest does not show up at the hotel on the booked entry date.- CONDOMINIUM AND ACCOMMODATION RULES - My Way Condominium rules are available at the Accommodation. If in doubt, get in touch. Failure to comply with the rules will result in the termination of the lease and the guest will have to leave the Apartment at the time without the right to any refund and will also be charged an additional fee.
- GARBAGE - Garbage must be disposed of selectively in the collectors placed in the parking lots and properly packaged using the service elevator. It is forbidden to leave garbage in the Accommodation and in the hallway. Accommodation is ideal for up to 4 people. We want you to enjoy the space and feel as if you were at home, taking care in using the available objects, rationally using resources such as water and electricity, respecting the other residents and rules of the condominium, keeping the environment clean and organized.
LAUNDRY RULES:
To use them, they must be scheduled in the OMO Lavanderia application upon payment for washing and drying. For use by appointment or availability.
