1. General Reservation Conditions

a) Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. If the guest stays in the apartment after the check-out time, a new daily rate will be charged. The daily rates are closed upon the delivery of the room key.

b) We cannot guarantee the continuation of the stay beyond the dates specified by the guest during the reservation, if another reservation has been made for the same period or specific apartment.

c) The reservation is only confirmed with an advance deposit of at least 50% of the package amount.

d) Guaranteed reservations with advance payment upon arrival will be held for 12 hours after the established check-in time.

e) If the guest cannot arrive at the expected time, we ask that they inform us by phone.

f) By making the reservation, the guest acknowledges being aware of the condominium and accommodation rules.

2. Policies

a) Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, according to STATE LAW NO. 13.541, OF MAY 7, 2009. Use only designated outdoor areas for smoking.

b) From 10:00 PM onwards, SILENCE is essential for the tranquility of the guests; this is very important for group living. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the cancellation of the stay to preserve the well-being of other guests and the condominium.

c) Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the rooms. Any damage caused by guests will be charged.

d) The landlord is not responsible for objects or money forgotten or left in the premises.

e) We reserve the right to charge for any outstanding amounts in advance, during check-in.

f) No-show: If the guest fails to arrive without prior notice on the expected arrival date, the booking will be considered a "no show" (cancellation without notification), and the room will be available for 12 hours from the established check-in time.

g) We do not accept third-party checks or post-dated checks.

h) The objects, furniture, bedding, and utensils in the apartment are provided to ensure guests' comfort and well-being. Any damage, destruction, or loss will be charged to the responsible guest.

i) Please turn off lights, television, close the faucet, and the door when you leave the room.

j) It is strictly prohibited to store bicycles, motorcycles, or any inappropriate items inside the rooms.

2-1. Cancellation Policy for Reservations with Advance Payment

a) In case of early departure from the contracted stay, there will be no refund of the pre-paid amount.

b) Cancellation requests:

b.1) More than 30 days before check-in, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded. After this period, there will be no refund or credit.

b.2) Less than 24 hours or no-show** (failure to show up on the arrival day), no refund and no credit. **No-show refers to a cancellation without notification, when the guest fails to arrive at the hotel on the reserved check-in date.

CONDOMINIUM AND ACCOMMODATION RULES

The rules of the Van Piaget Condominium are available in the accommodation. If you have any questions, please contact us. Failure to comply with the rules will result in the termination of the rental agreement, and the guest will be required to leave the apartment immediately without any refund. An additional charge may also apply.

GARBAGE: Garbage should be disposed of in the designated bins in the parking area, sorted and properly placed using the service elevator. Leaving trash in the accommodation or hallway is prohibited.

The accommodation is ideal for up to 4 people.

We hope you enjoy the space and feel at home, taking care when using the provided items, using resources like water and electricity rationally, respecting other residents, and following the condominium rules, keeping the environment clean and organized.

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES AND RULES

Access Codes: Door code: Will be sent via WhatsApp (after tapping the screen, wait for the first beep before entering the code).

Do not wash clothes in the kitchen sink (only dishes). Use the laundry room on the ground floor.

Avoid using knives directly on the table to prevent damage.

Do not eat in the rooms on the beds and sofa to avoid stains.

Quiet hours are from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and after 10:00 PM.

When leaving, turn off all lights and air conditioning.

You may use the common areas such as the pool, sauna, game room, and laundry on the ground floor.

If you return from the beach with sand, you may use the bathroom near the pool to clean off before going upstairs.

Avoid placing wet towels on furniture, beds, and sofas.

Do not place glasses or other objects on furniture.

Avoid frying food and always use the extractor fan. Do not pour coffee powder or oil in the sink; use the trash bin.

Do not handle bleach in the apartment.

If the stove glass gets dirty, use only the sponge for cleaning. If the dirt is difficult to remove, please contact us for assistance, do not attempt to clean with other objects (spoons, knives, steel wool).
