1. General reservation conditions a) Check-in takes place from 2pm to 8pm and check-out from 8am to 11am. If a guest remains in the apartment after check-out has expired, a new daily rate will be charged. The closing of the daily rates takes place when the key is handed over. b) We cannot guarantee continuity of accommodation, beyond that provided by the guest during the reservation, if there is another reservation made for the specific period or apartment. C) If the guest cannot arrive at the scheduled time, we ask that you inform us by phone. D) When making a reservation, the guest assumes that they are aware of the inn's rules. 2. Policy a) SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the bedrooms and bathrooms. b) From 10:00 pm onwards, SILENCE is essential for the peace of mind of the neighbors, this is very important for the coexistence of the village. Disobeying this rule may result in cancellation of the stay. c) Guests are responsible for maintaining the rooms. There will be a charge for repairing any damage caused by guests. d) Private parties, friends and guests are not allowed. e) Any damage caused to the property that exceeds the value of the deposit must be charged by the guest. f) If the house rules are not complied with, the guest will have to leave the property and will forfeit payment and the deposit. g) lessor is not responsible for objects or money forgotten or left on the premises. h) We reserve the right to charge for adjustments in advance, during check-in.Failure to show up without prior notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation), the place will be available for 12 hours, starting from the time of arrival. j) We do not accept third-party checks or post-dated checks. k) The objects, furniture, linen and utensils owned by the apartment are entrusted to guests to provide them with comfort and well-being. l) Please turn off the lights, television, air conditioning, close the tap and the door when you are away from the room. m) It is strictly prohibited to store bicycles, motorcycles or any inappropriate object inside the rooms. 2-1. Cancellation policy for reservations with advance payment a) In case of early departure of the contracted daily rates, there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance. b) Cancellation request: b.1) More than 30 days before arrival of the accommodation (check-in), 100% refund of the amount paid, after this period there is no refund and no right to credit.b.2) Less than 24 hours or no show** (no show on the day of arrival), no refund and no right to credit. **No show is a cancellation without cancellation, that is, when the guest does not show up at the hotel on the booked check-in date. GARBAGE RULES - Garbage must be disposed of in the collectors located in the hotel's corridors. Leaving rubbish in the accommodation is prohibited. Accommodation is ideal for up to 2 people. We want you to enjoy the space and feel as if you were at home, taking care in the use of the objects available, rationally using resources such as water and electricity, respecting the rules of the inn, keeping the environment clean and organized. EXTRA GUIDELINES AND RULES 1) Do not eat in the room or on the bed to avoid getting dirty. 2) Avoid placing wet towels on furniture and beds. 3) Avoid placing glasses and other objects on furniture.
